TechOn reported that Panasonic will release on March 10, 2009, a tablet-shaped mobile PC intended for doctors and nurses who use medical charts and medical applications software at healthcare facilities. NComputing to provide computing access to 1.8 mn students in India

The initiative will provide computing access to 1.8 million children throughout the state. Andhra Pradesh is the largest and most populous state in South India.
